賃貸を決める際に２つほど条件を出していたんですが、結果から言うと２つとも満たしていない物件でした。住んだ後に発覚したのでどうしようもなく辛い思いをしましたが勉強代だと思ってそこは割り切ります。他、契約の際に出てくるオプションもあたかも強制であるかのように説明されるのであまり引っ越し経験のない人は要注意です。(ネットで調べといて助かった....)星1にしたいですが、対応の愛想自体は良いので+1しておきます。
