★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、台風で壁の一部が壊れたので修理をお願いしました。火災保険が使えるとのことで、申請の仕方も丁寧に教えてもらい無事保険もおりました。壁も綺麗に修復してくれてよかったです。

担当の古山さんに、色決めで悩んだので色々と相談にのってもらいました。
工事完了後にもペンキが飛んで汚れていないかを丁寧にチェックしてもらい、綺麗な仕上がりでした。

台風で瓦が割れたりズレたりしてしまい、火災保険が使えるとのことだったので、保険の申請をしました。
中々、保険の審査が通らず苦労しましたが、申請の仕方を根気強くアドバイスしてもらい、無事、保険で直すことができました。
家計に負担がなくて良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築から１９年目で外壁の汚れも目立ってきたので、流石にそろそろ塗装しなきゃなあと思っていたら、訪問販売の塗装業者がきました。これも良い機会かと思い、ネットでも業者を探して、合計４社に相見積もりをお願いしました。
結果、UP塗装さんが対応と説明が丁寧だったので、こちらにお願いすることにしました。
工事中の職人さんも感じも良い人で、仕事も丁寧でした。

It's been 19 years since the new construction, and the dirt on the outer wall has become noticeable, so when I thought that it was time to paint the stone, a door-to-door painter came. I thought this was also a good opportunity, so I searched for a vendor on the Internet and asked a total of four companies for a phase estimate.
As a result, UP paint was polite in dealing with and explaining, so I decided to ask here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁の塗り替えと瓦屋根の補修をお願いしました。
築年数がだいぶ経った家なので２回目の塗装です。
相見積もりで、他のリフォーム業者(大手)からは屋根の葺き替えも視野にいれた提案をされました。
こちらの担当者からは、瓦のズレがこれ以上広がらないような現状維持と補修工事を勧められ、築年数を考えても余りお金をかける家でもないので、こちらに決めました。
塗装も綺麗にしあげてくれて、久しぶりに綺麗な我が家になりました。

In the phase estimate, another remodeling company (major company) made a proposal with a view to re-roofing the roof.
The person in charge recommended me to maintain the status quo and repair work so that the tiles wouldn't shift any more, and I decided to go here because it's not a house that costs a lot of money considering the age of the building.
The painting was also beautiful, and it became my beautiful home for the first time in a long time.

3社で相見積もりをとりましたが、営業の方が気に入ったので、こちらにお願いしました。
職人さんも丁寧な感じの人で良かったです。

次回の塗り替えはまた20年後ぐらいですが、私の寿命の方が先に来ていなければ、またよろしくお願いします（笑）
