In the end, I was at a loss between the two companies and asked Mr. Nagamochi. The biggest deciding factor was that President Miyake's enthusiastic and sincere personality, convincing explanations, and prompt response made me feel at ease. Since it is a flat roof, I was prepared to make it expensive from the estimates of other companies, but President Miyake gave me an appropriate proposal based on the deterioration of the roof of my house, and the cost was much higher than expected. During the construction period, a whiteboard with the work contents of the day and the next day was placed at the front door, so it was very easy to understand and I felt relieved every day.
