So I search through google and found out Up garage in kani. i inquire for their service fee and they have the lowest. 8,990 for 4 wheels plus tax and disposal fee i paid ¥12,960 which i saved a money :) Waiting time for changing is 30-40 mins They have a waiting area with a plenty of car magazines to read.
