★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高い、不味い、量が少ない。料理に異物が混入していた。それを指摘しても満足できる対応をしてもらえなかった。二度と行きたくない。そんな店だから客も入っていなかった。

待ってるんですが…と言ったら「注文したんですか？」と。
お待ちくださいって言われたからスタッフ来るの待ってたんだけど。
注文も何もタッチパネルすら持ってきてないよね。と伝えたら「え？ん？だから注文…あー、じゃあ注文してください」
と態度が最低でした。
あれでお金貰えるなら楽な仕事だなぁと。
店長も責任者も不在、意識の低いアルバイト達のたまり場のようでした。
立地が良いので、他のお店にならないかなぁ…と思ってます。

男の子イケメンで愛想も良かったので印象良く、
またすぐ行こって思って先月行き、
予約なしで行ったら､一人目の女店員にどうぞと言われ、1階は空いていたけど2階になると言われ、2階まで上がり、そのままそこで立ったまま待ちぼうけさせられ、向こうから来た男店員が何やら話しており、
少々お待ちくださいと言うから、まだ待たされ、
次に奥からすこし偉そうな男店員が出てきて
予約してますかと聞かれたのでしてないと言うと
予約なしだと15分待つ事になると言われ、
まぁまぁ遅い時間で店内ガラッガラだったけど
仕方ないから「わかりました。いいですよ、待ちますよ」と伝え、待とうとしたらどこで待てばいいかも言ってこず、どうしたらいいんかその場で困っていたけど、
その偉そうな男店員は愛想も悪く、やっぱり30分待つかもと話しを急に変え言われ、しかもカウンターになるかもと、
コロコロ話し変えられ、対応悪すぎるのでもう不愉快になり
じゃぁやめときます。と伝えたら
すみませんも言わず奥に消えてったあの店員は一体なんなん。
靴脱いで、しまって、二階に上がる前に全部言え。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの接客に不満もなかったですし、料理もお酒もそこまで待たされることもなかったです。
食べ飲み放題のコースで行き、お刺身やお寿司、鶏ももの焼き鳥などを食べたのですが結構生臭さを感じました。
オプションを付けると1人4000円は軽く超えるので別のとこで食べた方が満足感は高いなと思いました。
