皆さんが投稿しているように、対応は良くないです。でもおばさんは負けませんよ‼️子どもの進学で下宿を決めました。何も助言してくれなかったですが、国公立の入試後は争奪戦です。見てから決めようと思うとどんどん満室になってしまいます。ネットでいいなと思ったら、仮押さえが出来ないので契約するしかないです。わからないことはどんどん聞きましょう。メールの返信は遅いのでじゃんじゃん電話します。因みに契約した後で、日当たり悪いですけどいいですかと言われました。仕方ないと思いましたが、本当に暗い。本人が引っ越したいと言えば、更新時に映ります。合格発表前から契約して最終進学先の場所にスイッチできるようですが、子どもが不安な状態でなかなか下宿にまで気持ちが向かないのが現実でした。決めた物件は日当たり以外は学校までの距離や生活環境、セキュリティ、入居時の清掃等満足はしています。皆さん頑張って‼️

子供の進学に伴い話を聞きに行きました。数件の物件を提示され持ち帰って検討すると言い帰宅。数日後、希望する物件に申し込みが多くなってきていますので早めの申し込みを催促されました。申し込みをしましたが確認の連絡は全くなし。不安になって電話するも「はい、届いてますよ」だけ。入居希望が三月中旬と言ったのにすべて4月1日。遠距離なので何とかならないのかと言うと、「前日ホテルに宿泊していただいて…」と。メールを送信すると言われたが全く来ません。催促の電話をすると言い訳ばかり。その後にメールが来て返信。電話で審査に入りますので待っててくださいと言われ一ヵ月以上放置状態。他の人が言っていますが私も負けません。 11月中旬。契約書類が届き契約金入金後、契約書類送付したが、入金確認、契約書類到着の連絡なし。 1月中旬。電話が入り契約書類に不備があるとの事。二か月もほったらかし状態でした。

会社のシステムから改善すべきです。借りたいアパートの欄にあった電話番号に電話したのに管轄会社が違いますとの事。急に説明もなく送られてきた入居申請書等を明日の12時までに提出しろって言われてもどうやって提出するかも分かりませんでした。そこでメールで質問しましたが、営業時間外なのか返信がなく、インターネットで色々調べてやっとFAXだと分かりました。書類記入後FAXで申請書に書いてあった番号へ送りました。それでもなんの返信もないので不安になってこちらから聞くとまた管轄会社が違うので。と。いや、じゃあなんで違う管轄会社の申請書送ってきたんですか?そうしてFAXでこちらの番号にもう一度送ってくださいと言われました。近くのコンビニまで歩いて往復1時間もかかるので明日でいいですか?と聞いたら今日中にお願いしますと即答され、仕方なく行ってFAXで送りました。送ってから2時間過ぎてやっと返信が帰ってきたと思ったら私の手違いで間違った入居申請書を送っていました。とメールで来ました。こっちはわざわざ行って送っているのに、そちらは軽いミスだとタカをくくっているようですね。お金もその時点で500円は使っているんですよ?普通謝罪は電話でするものじゃないですか?しかもそのメールには明日の3時までにこの書類をFAXで送ってくださいとありました。こちらの都合なんて何ひとつとして考えていないんでしょうね。早く終わらせて成果を上げたいという印象を受けました。雑にも程があります。その前のやり取りの中でも、こちらが学生だと思って舐めているのかと思われるような態度であったりと、何ひとつとして信用できる部分もなかったので断らせて頂きました。学生で働いてはいませんけれど、お金を貰っているなら自分の仕事にもう少し責任持てと言いたくなるような人でした。後半の記述に関しては対応者が悪かったのか、そういう人しか雇わない見る目のない会社なのかは知りませんが、この会社を利用することはもう二度とありません。
