女性専門なので安心して通えます。
トレーナーさんは毎回変わりますが、どのトレーナーさんも優しくてトレーニングしやすいです。
有酸素運動の器具もあるので、筋トレ終了後に運動できます。
今−6㎏まできているのでまだまだ頑張ります。

As it specializes in women, you can go there with confidence.
Trainers change every time, but all trainers are kind and easy to train.
There are also aerobic exercise equipment, so you can exercise after strength training.
I'm up to -6kg now, so I'll do my best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性専用で探していたところ、こちらのアンドゥさんに辿り着きました。カウンセリングと体験コースを受けさせていただいたところ、綺麗な施設と側で励まし続けてくれるトレーナーさんに惹かれて入会を決意しました。
通い出して1ヶ月半経ちますが、毎回の測定、前回どのようなトレーニングをしたかをトレーナーさん達で共有していただけるのが有難いです。これからも頑張りますのでよろしくお願いします。
When I was looking for women only, I arrived at Mr. Andu here. After receiving the counseling and experience course, I decided to join because I was attracted to the beautiful facilities and the trainer who continued to encourage me on the side.
It's been a month and a half since I went out, but I'm grateful that the trainers can share with me each measurement and what kind of training I did last time. I will continue to do my best, so I look forward to working with you.
