b	beni teng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールでのやりとりがかなりいい加減で、内容の記載間違いや日時の勘違いによる約束のすっぽかしなど社会人として最低限のマナーも守っていただけず、かなり不快でした。実際にお会いした時におっしゃっていた内容も間違っており（数万円で簡単にリフォームできるとおっしゃっていたのに、契約後に実際に見積りすると数百万かかって原状回復も難しいとのことだったり）営業の方のおっしゃることを部屋選びの参考にしていたのに裏切られた気持ちです。怒りを抑えつつ何度か対応の改善をお願いしたのですがなかなか伝わらず、最後はきつめの表現でクレームをお伝えしたのですが、通り一遍の「大変申し訳ございません」が返ってくるだけで結局最後まで対応の改善は見られずでした。悪い担当の方にたまたま当たってしまったのでしょうか… ストレスと怒りで消耗しました。二度と利用することはないと思います。 The exchanges by e-mail were quite sloppy, and I was quite uncomfortable because I couldn't keep the minimum etiquette as a member of society, such as misstatement of the contents and misunderstanding of the date and time.
