介護サポートで利用したことはないので介護サポートでの口コミではありません。先日、こちらの会社の求人が出ていたので求人が出た次の日に求人サイトから応募しました。応募完了し、「応募内容を確認し、面接の日程をこちらから連絡いたします」という自動メールが送られてきたので連絡を待ちましたが一週間待ちましたが連絡をいただけなかったのでこちらの会社に連絡しました。電話口の方から担当者が戻り次第連絡いたしますと回答があったので連絡を待ちましたが連絡が一向に来ず、数時間後にメールが送られてきました。内容は「事務員と介護さんだと面接日が違うのでどちらを希望されますか？」という内容でしたのですぐに事務員の求人応募の旨の返信をしました。そこから1日半返信がなく、最終的にきたメールが「事務員は応募多数の為、締め切りました」とのことでした。求人が出て次の日に応募したのでこちらの応募を見落としていたのはこちらの会社側ではないのでしょうか？それで応募多数で締め切りましたというのは随分な対応だなと感じました。求人に載っていた「応募された皆さんと面接させていただきたいと思います」は虚偽ではないんですかね？連絡も電話1ついただけず、対応も随分だったので最終的には面接に行かなくて良かったとは思いました。
