大	大関直隆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この規模の鰻屋としては、とてもグレードの高いお店だと思います。タレはやや辛めなので、甘口タレの好きな方には若干不向きかもしれませんが、ぜひ食べてもらいたいお店です。注文してから焼くうなぎは間違いなく美味しいです。うなぎそのものの味を大事にしているので、「辛口も美味しいね」となること請け合いです。うなぎ以外にも、ご飯の炊き具合、肝吸の出汁、塩加減など、店主のこだわりが感じられました。プロの職人さんのお店です。浦和から来ましたとお話ししたところ、浦和で修行なさったとのことでした。場所的になかなか行く機会がないかもしれませんが、また行きたいお店です。 As a storehouse of this scale, I think it is a very high-grade shop. I really like the deliciousness of the eel, the beautiful grilled color, the taste of the dashi stock, and the saltiness. It is a dish that is reminiscent of the taste of the eel restaurant in Kitaurawa long ago. Lunch menu is limited but highly recommend unajyu that comes with sides ( roll egg and salted veggie) and kimo soup. Other menu includes tempura, motsu nii !d osashimi. Very friendly chef and host.
