★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is recommended in Michelin guide for the quality of its unagi (eel) dishes. A japanese colleague reserved the place and pre-reserved the dishes for us prior arrival (see pictures). We all found that the meal was good (especially the Unagi), but expensive compared to the quality of the food. There is however a very nice choice of sake there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few place offer wild eel. Had this wild eel in shirayaki to get the best out of it, firm texture and strong favorite compared to the domestic branded eel which served as kabayaki with rice.
Would recommend this place for advance diners only, don’t think normal person will appreciate the beauty of wild eel and happy to pay for the relatively high price (at least double compared to the domestic eel with other restaurants).
