2021.11.7 前日の夜に電話をして「明日何時にお店に予約しに行ったらいいですか?」 と問合せたら明日は、日曜日なので遅くとも6時には来て下さいとの事だったので 鈴鹿市から朝4時半に出発して6時過ぎに到着しました。 店の前には大将か見えて何人さん? 2名です。 肝焼も食べたいです。といいました。 肝焼きは、ナイショで声を小さく注文するのがルールらしいです。(笑) 13時に予約がとれました。 1年前から行きたくて!食べたくて! コロナのワクチン接種を終えてようやく食す時が来ました。 13時まで瀬戸観光して時間を潰しまた。 鰻の並を注文しました。 鰻は、捌きながら炭火で焼く とても新鮮です。 鰻は、身がプリプリ美味い!美味しい! あっと言う間に食べ終わりました。 今までの鰻丼の概念をくつがえす。 感動の一杯でした。 どうもご馳走さまでした。 明日から長期休暇されるみたいです。 営業日、休業日カレンダー写真で参考にして下さい。

平日6時半に並んで既に8組、1人の方も多くて11時半の予約取れました。プリプリ肉厚な鰻。焼き具合も完璧。大将の鰻捌きと焼きの手際の良さが目の当たりにみれますあ。山椒は無く、吸い物はインスタント⁈肝焼はなかった? 大変満足でした!

ミシュランビブグルマンにも選出されたことがある瀬戸市のうなぎの名店『田代』です。 平日金曜日、7時10分に現地到着。 すでに4名が並んでいました。 駐車場のクルマを見ると東京や大阪からも来られているみたいですね。 10分後に店主が来られて、11時からで予約完了。 一旦、帰宅して11時少し前に到着。 店の中は3テーブルとカウンター席です。 店内はうなぎを焼く煙が充満していて、ちょっと煙たいですが、雰囲気が出ていい感じです。 煙たいお店といえば、自分が小さい時からよく行っていた一宮の山力と言う焼肉のお店を思い出します。あそこもかなり煙たく、臭いが付いてもいい服装で行かないとすごいことになるので気をつけてください。 さて、肝心のうなぎは、一言、最高です。 肉厚でプリプリ。ボリューム満点。 今まで食べたうなぎの中では最高のうなぎです。ただ、ちょっと皮が厚く、パリッと感が少ない感じがします。 タレは、どちらかと言うとあっさりな感じ。 自分は好きな感じです。 あと、裏メニューの肝焼きも最高です。 注文にはちょっと工夫がいりますが、、、 ちなみに店内にはトイレが無さそうなので、先に済ませた方がいいと思います。 このうなぎ『田代』は朝、早く行かないと食べれませんが、かなりオススメです。 持ち帰りは電話でもいいみたいです。

I knew it’s highly rated in taberoku(Japanese yelp), but it’s actually good. It’s a bit hard if you don’t speak Japanese but basically you just gotta go there early in the morning to reserve ,He tells you what time you should come back. if it’s on weekends go there very early at least one hour before if you want it for lunch. You can also take out unagi too. They accept the reservation from 9 . They have parking lot at shared parking in that shopping street. It’s like the only shop it opens at that street. The price is depends on how much unagi on the bowl of rice. nami(normal) eel rice bowl is 1eel on the rice and it’s 2900yen,jou(special) is 1.5 eel for a bowl , 4100yen. Like that. Simple. nagayaki means that It doesn’t have rice . 1.5 eel for two persons ( 0.75 eel and rice each) is 4000yen. I always order this one since I can’t really eat that much. If you like unagi, it’s a must visit! I know it’s far from everywhere but how he kabayaki the unagi, is fantastic!!! It has extremely nice smell. crispy outside and fluffy inside , the charcoal smell and the atmosphere is so special .
