M	Masae Arakaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知県森林公園でひつまぶしを食べたいと思い、Googleマップで検索し近そうなお店と選びました。夜の山の中の細い道路を通り不安になりながら行きましたが、迷わず行けました。緊急事態宣言中だからか？予約無しで入れ、2人なのに個室で広々とさせていただけました。アクリル板もあり、検温消毒と安全対策がされており、安心できました。落ち着いた雰囲気のお店でひつまぶしも美味しかったです。 I wanted to eat Hitsumabushi at Aichi Forest Park, so I searched on Google Maps and selected a store that seems to be close. I went through a narrow road in the mountains at night with anxiety, but I could go without hesitation. Is it because an emergency is being declared? I entered without reservation, and even though it was two people, I was able to make it spacious in a private room. There is also an acrylic plate, and the temperature is measured and disinfected and safety measures are taken, so I was relieved. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere and the hitsumabushi was delicious.

u	unagi perori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋市の山の中にある鰻屋。完全予約制で、予約がとりにくいので早めに予約することをオススメする。駐車場は狭いがそれなりにあるので大丈夫。予約の時刻からちょっと遅れることもあり、メニューを見て待ってられる。お店の入口は狭いが、中は結構広く、ほとんどが個室なため、コロナ対策もばっちり。入口で検温など実施中。トイレはウォシュレット（しっかり換気中）。支払いはVISA、マスターのクレカが使える。価格は今の相場からしたら全体的に安め。他店特上相当1匹使用の上で3410円。1.5匹使用の上長焼き定食で4510円。入店から提供までは15分程。鰻は結構厚めでずっしり。焼きは表面サクサクで、中がプリトロ。食感が強いところと、とろけているところとある。タレは酸味が心地よい甘さやや控えめの醤油ダレ。鰻の旨味をしっかり味わえる主張の強すぎないタレが素晴らしい。米はやや高めでねっとりしていて、鰻によくマッチしている。全体的に完璧なバランス。予約が取れにくい店というのも納得。名古屋市内屈指の鰻屋で、個人的には有名店よりずっと美味しい。ただ、お茶・米・吸い物などなど、全部がチンチンに熱かったのは猫舌としては大変だった。 An eel shop in the mountains of Nagoya.
