★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徐々に、利便よくしようと、してるんでしょうけど、なんか、バランス悪く、感じます。
変に、お金を掛けてるかと思えば、不便な箇所も多い。
駅員が、いないのも、不便。(人件費削減なんでしょうか？)
駅周辺の、お店は、ことごとく閉店して、マンションを建てるようですし。
昔に比べたら、少しは、ましですけど、なんか変な駅だなと、思います。

三河線の列車は、2両か4両編成、豊田線の列車は、終日6両編成で運行してます。
豊田線列車は、名鉄の赤色車体の電車と、地下鉄のステンレス車体の列車が来ます。
名鉄の豊田線列車は、数が少ないから、ある意味貴重な存在です。
三河線列車は、猿投(さなげ)行きか知立(ちりゅう)行き、豊田線列車は、豊田市行きと、逆方向は赤池行き、上小田井(かみおたい)行き、岩倉行き、犬山行きなどとなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三河線と豊田線の乗換が階段やエレベーターを使わずに出来る(ホーム上で数分程度待つ)。あまり広くないので乗降客が多い時間帯は隣の豊田市駅で乗換をした方がいい。

三河線は途中駅ですが、豊田線の方は始終点になってます。
ただし、豊田線の列車は、隣の豊田市駅に直通しているので、梅坪駅は途中駅のような感じになってます。
三河線の列車は、２両か４両編成ですけど、豊田線列車は、全列車が終日６両編成での運転。
三河線列車は、全て名鉄電車ですが、豊田線の方は名古屋市交通局の地下鉄鶴舞線で使用してる電車がやって来ます。
数は少ないですけど、名鉄の赤い車体の電車も来ます。
