★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてはここを起点とした挙母線が大樹寺までありその当時の国鉄岡多線の開業と引き換えに廃止された。愛知環状鉄道線の新上挙母駅への案内があり日常的に乗り換えに利用する乗客がいる様である。
There used to be a Koromo line starting from here up to Daijuji Temple, which was abolished in exchange for the opening of the JNR Okata line at that time. There is a guide to Shin-uwagoromo Station on the Aichi Loop Railway Line, and it seems that there are passengers who use it for transfers on a daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前にハーモステーションがあり、登録しておけば上挙母駅拠点で遠方に足を伸ばせることが可能です。
トヨタ本社のある三河豊田駅は、愛知環状鉄道線の新上挙母駅から１駅目の駅なので、知立方面から三河線で来た場合は、豊田市駅で乗り換えるよりも、上挙母駅で乗り換えた方が早く、お財布にも優しいです。
無人駅で改札は自動です。時々駅員さんいる時もあります。
困った場合は、マナカチャージ機がある改札口の横のインターフォンで係と話すことが出来ます。
豊田市駅から知立方面の電車が来る場合は、改札前の遮断機が降ります。
There is a harmonic station in front of the station, and if you register, you can extend your foot far away at the Kamijomo station base.
Mikawa Toyota Station, where the Toyota headquarters is located, is the first station from Shin-Koromo Station on the Aichi Circular Railway Line, so if you arrive on the Mikawa Line from the Chi-Cub surface, you should transfer at Kamikomo Station rather than at Toyota City Station. It's quick and gentle on your wallet.
Ticket gates are automatic at unmanned stations. Sometimes there are station staff.
If you are in trouble, you can talk to the clerk on the intercom next to the ticket gate where the Manaka Charge Machine is located.
When a train on the Chimoku plane comes from Toyota City Station, the barrier before the ticket gate will get off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロな佇まいの駅舎です。豊田警察署などへアクセスする際には豊田市駅より上挙母の方が近いです。豊田市街地南部へアクセスする場合、事前確認が必要です。
It is a retro station building. When accessing the Toyota Police Station, Kamikomomo is closer than Toyota City Station. Prior confirmation is required to access the southern part of Toyota city area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古き良き昭和の時代を思い出させるレトロな駅。あと30年も経てば重要文化財にでもなりそうですが…そのうち、建て替えられるのでしょうね。無人駅です。猿投方面の電車が駅に到着している間は踏切が閉まってしまいホームには入れないので気を付けて。
A retro station reminiscent of the good old Showa era. It seems that it will become an important cultural property in another 30 years, but it will be rebuilt soon. It is an unmanned station. Please be careful as the railroad crossing will close and you will not be able to enter the platform while the train for Sanage is arriving at the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名鉄三河線の駅です。「うわごろも」と読みます。無人駅のようです。とりあえず自販機はありますが、お店もなく駅前という感じがない。鉄道は単線で、乗った車両は2両編成でした。
ちなみに、刈谷市美術館から豊田市美術館への移動で利用しました。駅舎のなかに豊田市美術館への地図が貼ってあります。
It is a station on the Meitetsu Mikawa Line. Read "Uwagoromo". It looks like an unmanned station. There are vending machines for the time being, but there are no shops and it doesn't feel like in front of the station. The railroad was a single track, and the cars on board were two-car trains.
By the way, I used it to move from Kariya City Art Museum to Toyota Municipal Museum of Art. A map to the Toyota Municipal Museum of Art is pasted inside the station building.
