★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タルトケーキの専門店です。固めのタルト生地が好きなので、こちらのタルト生地は好みの固さに近いです(もっと固くても好き)。カットサイズが大きいので1つ食べきると味に飽きてしまう事もあります。カット幅を狭くして単価がもう少し安かったら、1回の買物でたくさんの種類を買うと思います。

Since the cut size is large, you may get tired of the taste if you eat one. If you narrow the cut width and the unit price is a little cheaper, I think you will buy many types in one shopping.

I ate Shine Muscat and chocolate tart. Both were very delicious. The whipped cream was dry and the back mouth was assassinated.

良い評価を見て初めて伺ったのですが、質問を２つしたのがそんなにいけませんでしたか？
ため息をつきながらの応答。その後も最後までイライラされてましたね。
ケーキを買うまでのワクワクした気分が台無しに。あぁ〜こちらは有名店なのでこういう接客スタイルでやってるんだなと認識していましたが、ケーキを取りに後日伺うと、男性店員と２人で接客。別人かと思うほどにガラッと変わり、にこやかな対応。なんなんですかね。豹変ぶりに唖然。
改善すべき点です。気分を害します。

梅坪駅から徒歩圏内の所にあるタルト屋さんです。
店内には2人がけ程度のスペースもあり、イートインも可能。
ケーキの価格帯は￥480～￥540(税抜き)です。
こちらのレモンタルトがお気に入りなのですが、今回は違うものを…と思い、いちご、バナナ、いちじくのタルトを注文。
底のタルト生地はざくざくとした歯触りで甘さ控えめ、しょっぱさも感じられるので、生クリームとの相性ばつぐん！
くどさを感じずに最後までタルトの甘さを楽しめます。
いちごのタルトはプレーン生地ですが、バナナタルトの生地にはチョコチップが入っていたりと、それぞれのタルトごとに合った工夫がされています。
確か前はメロンのタルトがあったような…？今回はなかったので季節限定メニューなのかもしれません。
ぜひシーズンごとに覗きに行くのをおすすめします✨

The tart dough on the bottom has a crunchy texture, is less sweet, and has a salty feel, so it goes well with fresh cream!
You can enjoy the sweetness of the tart until the end without feeling dull.
Strawberry tart is a plain dough, but banana tart dough contains chocolate chips, which is a device that suits each tart.
Certainly there was a melon tart before ...? It wasn't this time, so it may be a seasonal menu.
I highly recommend going to see it every season ✨

あとはクリームがちょっと他のケーキ屋さんとは違う味がしました。
もちろんおいしいのですが、いちごのタルトやティラミスのようなクリームたっぷりのものは結構食べきるのキツかったです…甘いものが大大大好き！って方なら問題ないのかも？
タルトは好きだけどクリームはそこまでって方はチーズのとか、クリームがのっていないものにしておくのがよさそうです。
