白濁した豚骨ラーメンで味は濃いめでニンニク強めで好みは分かれるだろうが熊本ラーメンなら屋台味で〇トッピングはキクラゲ、チャーシューチーズだか!先ずは麺、自家製なれど断面は長方形の細麺で食感も良くスープに少し浸し気味でもなかなか侮りがたし、これにメニューにあるが卵かけご飯も良いが温玉とご飯をスープに入れておじやにしたら‥紅生姜に追いチーズも欲しいな‥   食べ過ぎだ!ごちそうさまでした。

佐賀熊本らーめん梅吉さん、ランチで訪問。 淵野辺駅と矢部駅のほぼ中間点に位置する。 席はカウンターのみで、支払いは注文同時で前払い現金のみ。らーめん800円をお支払、本当はうめきちらーめんを注文したかったが、ニンニクが入っているため断念(涙) 程なくしてらーめん登場。インパクト十分‼️ 味はしっかりとしていて、 人によっては濃いかもしれませんね。 らーめんの上のトッピングのチーズが印象的で、スープに溶かしながら食べ進めるのもありですし、すぐさま溶かすのもあり。 麺は細麺のストレート麺。ちゃんと替え玉もあります。半玉100円、1玉150円。 らーめんと替え玉(半玉)でも、お腹は満足できるボリューム?トッピングもいろいろあり、他のらーめんも期待できますね。店主さんも気さくな方で???

今回初訪問で梅吉ラーメン(800円前払い)を食べた。今まで下手物ラーメン(風変わり)は避けていたが、チーズが入ったラーメンは初めて。しかし意外と違和感はなく、にんにくが効いた濃厚なとんこつにチーズが馴染んで、なんか旨いじゃん。多分、自分が若い頃だったらハマったかもしれないが、この年齢になると後半はちょっとくどさが…。でもこういうラーメンもありなか。

先代の味を伝承しつつ、梅吉さんの味になっていました。自分の仕事場が移動になったので、15年位ぶりに行きました。先代が不幸な事故で亡くなったと聞き、残念です。でも30人ぐらいいる親父さんの味を伝承したお弟子さん達が活躍していると知り、味と魂は生きていると思いました。アクの強い先代と違って、優しく仕事に妥協のない店主に今後も期待です。 今さら書くことでもありませんが、豚骨ラーメンの臭みがなく、スライスチーズはなければいけないアクセントだと思いました。自家製麺ととスープは一度味わって下さい。チャーシューの美味しさもイチオシです。 スープがやや濃いので、替え玉かご飯を頼むと良いと思います。  また食べたくなるお店です。
