雅	雅WAJI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先代の味を伝承しつつ、梅吉さんの味になっていました。自分の仕事場が移動になったので、15年位ぶりに行きました。先代が不幸な事故で亡くなったと聞き、残念です。でも30人ぐらいいる親父さんの味を伝承したお弟子さん達が活躍していると知り、味と魂は生きていると思いました。アクの強い先代と違って、優しく仕事に妥協のない店主に今後も期待です。今さら書くことでもありませんが、豚骨ラーメンの臭みがなく、スライスチーズはなければいけないアクセントだと思いました。自家製麺ととスープは一度味わって下さい。チャーシューの美味しさもイチオシです。スープがやや濃いので、替え玉かご飯を頼むと良いと思います。　　また食べたくなるお店です。 While inheriting the taste of the previous generation, it was the taste of Umeyoshi-san.
