I visited the store looking for an engagement ring and a wedding ring. Rings are available at each table, and it was nice to be able to sit down and choose slowly.
When I told you about the ideal design, I was introduced to the engagement ring exactly as I had imagined, and I liked it so much that I bought it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新人担当者のの説明が足りず、出来上がってきた物がイメージと全く違ったものになってしまいました。返品できないよう誓約書にサインしているし、泣き寝入り。見るたびに悲しい思いになるので1度もつけずに金庫に眠ったままです。ダイヤの質は良いものだと思います。
補足: この度、サイズ直しのためヒルトン梅田店に伺いました。このコメントを見た本部の方のお計らいにより、デザイン変更もしていただくことができました。5年以上金庫に眠っていたダイヤモンドが見事に生き返りました。梅田ヒルトンプラザ店のご担当者様が丁寧にご相談にのってくださり、大変満足しております。当時、一番がっかりしていた主人がとても喜んでいます。ありがとうございました。心より感謝申し上げます。
The explanation of the new person in charge was not enough, and the finished product was completely different from the image. I have signed a pledge so that I cannot return it, and I fell asleep. Every time I see it, I feel sad, so I never put it on and stay asleep in the safe. I think the quality of the diamonds is good.
Supplement: This time, I visited the Hilton Umeda store to resize. Thanks to the staff of the headquarters who saw this comment, we were able to change the design. The diamonds that have been in the safe for over five years have come back to life. We are very pleased that the person in charge at the Umeda Hilton Plaza store kindly consulted with us. My husband, who was the most disappointed at the time, is very pleased. Thank you very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

ジュエリーショップどこか入りにくいイメージがあったのですが、どのスタッフさんも親切に対応して下さり違う店も3店舗ほど周りましたが最終ラザールダイヤモンドさんに婚約指輪を決めました。
購入したのが誕生日ということもあり担当してくださった方から素敵な物までいただきました。
