★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 試食会に参加させていただきました。
ご飯も美味しくスタッフの方も案内もわかりやすく有意義な時間が過ごせました。
また、チャペルも綺麗で披露宴会場も明るく綺麗な会場でした。
 I participated in the tasting party.
The rice was delicious and the staff and guidance were easy to understand and I had a meaningful time.
Also, the chapel was beautiful and the reception hall was bright and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚の結婚式に行きました。
宴会場の階に着いてもクロークにも誰もいない、案内もない、ここで合ってる、、、？
案内スタッフが居なくて招待客が皆さんウロウロしてる状態。
その後なんとなく親族紹介が始まり、椅子が不足しているのに追加しないなど。
チャペルでの挙式もスタッフがモタモタ。
写真撮影もスタッフの指示が悪くいつまでも写真撮れない、、、
披露宴が始まる前のウェイティングルームでもドリンクの配膳もぐちゃぐちゃ。
披露宴始まってからも料理(フルコース)やドリンク配膳が途切れるわ、持って来ないわ。
宴会場スタッフが不足してる？のか、コロナで大量解雇しちゃって少ない人間で回してるのか定かでないですが。
極めつけは駐車場。駐車券サービスが4時間しかない。
親族だったため挙式から参加で4時間では不足。
披露宴招待客は4時間でいいかもしれないが親族には滞在時間分サービスしてほしい。
結論。ヒルトンで宴会は無いな。
※あくまで個人的感想です。改善を望みます。
I went to a relative's wedding.
Even when I got to the floor of the banquet hall, there was no one in the cloakroom, there was no guidance, I met here ...?
There is no guide staff and all the invited guests are wandering around.
After that, the introduction of relatives started somehow, and even though there was a shortage of chairs, I did not add them.
The staff is also motivated for the wedding ceremony at the chapel.
I can't take a picture forever because the staff's instructions are bad.
Even in the waiting room before the reception started, the serving of drinks was messed up.
Even after the reception starts, the food (full course) and drink serving will be interrupted, so I won't bring it.
Is there a shortage of banquet hall staff? I'm not sure if it's been dismissed in large numbers in Corona and turned by a small number of people.
The best is the parking lot. Parking ticket service is only 4 hours.
Since I was a relative, it was not enough for 4 hours to participate from the wedding.
4 hours may be enough for guests invited to the reception, but I would like relatives to provide services for the length of their stay.
Conclusion. There is no banquet at Hilton.
