★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅田の一等地にそびえ立つ建物です。駐車場がないので、用事があるときは近くの駐車場にとめますが、料金がかなり高いです。電車で行くことをお薦めします。
It is a building that rises in a prime location in Umeda. There is no parking lot, so if you have a business, you can park in a nearby parking lot, but the fee is quite high. We recommend going by train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下でつながっているため雨の日でも四ツ橋線、阪神線、御堂筋線、JRなどの線に乗れるが、いかんせん遠い…。地上を歩くと西梅田までまだ近い。ちょうどJR福島と西梅田の中間。
