It ’s a pretty old building.
There is a coffee shop and a soba shop where you can feel the Showa era.

高さ100m超の超高層ビルが林立する中之島において、時が止まったかのような佇まいをみせるところに魅力を感じさせます。
かつてこの場所には「クラブ・リバーサイド」というサロンがあり、 各界の著名人が集う社交場として隆盛を誇り、土佐堀川から船で直接乗り付けることができた年長者から聞いております。
It is a 5-story riverside building completed in 1965 (Showa 40) on a long and narrow site along the Tosabori River.
On Nakanoshima, where skyscrapers with a height of over 100m stand, you will be fascinated by the appearance as if time has stopped.
There used to be a salon called "Club Riverside" in this place, which was prosperous as a social gathering place for celebrities from various fields, and I heard from an elder who was able to board directly from the Tosahori River by boat.
