良く言うと違和感なく、新地近くで立地上便利な方かと。
Oita is old, but it's originally a hotel with a classic design
To put it better, I think it's a convenient location near the new location without any discomfort.

Service is great. The room was tiny with not enough storage but clean and quiet. You don't need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste or even pajamas, they provide the new ones for you every day.
There are window shutters inside that really help in blocking light.
Location is conveniently close to Osaka Station. Starbucks and 7/Eleven are just a minute away.
