Y	YSK II on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お通しの赤まむしドリンクでスタート。脱草食系がコンセプトとのことです。馬刺し特上5点盛り、玉ねぎとスライスにんにくを添えて頂きます。3種類のタレが用意してあるのが良いですね。ごま塩ダレが好みでした。ソーセージ(部長)を食べながら馬肉焼きを待ちます。馬肉のソーセージは初めて食べましたが、なかなかに筋肉質な味わい。馬肉焼きは馬刺しでもイケる肉を使用してるとのことなのでレアに焼いて頂きます。見た目に脂身が多いかなと、一瞬思ったが全然しつこくない。柔らかく脂身も甘くてとても美味しかったです。最後に歌麿鍋をいただきます。にんにくをたっぷり入れた味噌ベースのタレの中で泳がせてから生卵で食べます。濃い口のタレににんにくも相まって生卵との相性が抜群でした。お腹一杯食べて飲んで１人5,000円程で大満足。混んでいる中でも丁寧に接客をしていただき、ドリンクが空くとおかわりを聞いてもらえるなどとても助かりました。お伺いした際は残念ながら2時間制となってしまいましたが機会があれば長い時間滞在してもっと沢山の料理を堪能したいと思いました。 Start with a regular red pit viper drink. Tried the famous Kayo Nabe (Horse meat sukiyaki), sashimi and sushi; all were really delicious!! Shop provided free 'energy drink' in small red bottle, which is very welcome by majority of the customers. May be due to the crowded conditions, food serving speed was slow... Nonetheless, it is a good place for small gathering, enjoying delicious foods in a lively izakaya atmosphere.
