★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本酒を目当てに一人で伺った。お通しはタコとブナシメジ、水菜などのマリネでとてもおいしかった。肴はお造りの盛り合わせを注文、6種類が1切れずつで、量も質も、日本酒の友として申し分なかった。
お酒は、90mL（五勺ですね）ずつグラスで提供される。まずプライベートブランド限定酒のAnchorをいただく。山田錦磨き50%の純米吟醸、茨城の来福酒造。ツツジの花の酵母とのこと。東京農大の醸造科の先生に、花から酵母を分離しても醸造に適するものを選抜するのは大変だという話を伺ったことがあるので、これがそうかと思う。
カウンターの端の席に座ったので冷蔵庫のお酒がよく見えた。30種類くらいか。店員さんに相談したら、まだメニューに載せていませんが、とこちらの希望に合うものを出してきて勧めてくれたり。大変満足、また来ます。
I visited by myself for sake. The izakaya was very delicious with marinades such as octopus, beech mushrooms and mizuna. As for the side dishes, I ordered a platter of sashimi, and each of the 6 types was a slice, and the quantity and quality were perfect as a friend of sake.
Sake is served in a glass of 90 mL each (it's Gorei). First of all, we will have Anchor, a private brand limited sake. Yamada Nishiki Shine 50% Junmai Ginjo, Ibaraki's Kurifuku Sake Brewery. The yeast of the azalea flower. I have heard from a brewing teacher at Tokyo University of Agriculture that it is difficult to select suitable yeast for brewing even if yeast is separated from flowers, so I think this is the case.
I sat at the end of the counter so I could see the sake in the fridge. Is it about 30 types? When I consulted with the clerk, he said that it wasn't on the menu yet, but he suggested something that suits my wishes. I am very satisfied and will come again.

デートで使いましたが、雰囲気も良く、美味しいお酒を楽しむことができました！
お酒は本当に種類が多く、神奈川の地酒から日本酒ハイボールという変わり者までありました。
いぶりがっこチーズが見た目も味も良かったのでオススメです！
日本酒✕チーズの相性が個人的に新発見で良かったです?
宴会時だったのか少しガヤガヤしてましたが、宴会終わったあとはバーの様な心地よい雰囲気でした。
評判通りの良いお店だったので、こんなご時世ですが、また横浜に行く機会があったらぜひ行きたいと思います！

神奈川の地酒を中心とした日本酒がアレコレ楽しめる『日本酒バルUMAMI』さん。
駅から少し離れているせいか、駅周辺のような喧騒は皆無。
ゆったり、まったり日本酒を楽しめる。
お料理のクオリティやスタッフさんのホスピタリティも良く、日本酒好きには嬉しいお店。
横浜で日本酒飲むならかなりオススメできる。
ごちそうさまでした。

"Sake Bar UMAMI" where you can enjoy sake, mainly local sake from Kanagawa.
There is no hustle and bustle around the station, probably because it is a little far from the station.
You can relax and enjoy sake.
The quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff are good, so it is a nice shop for sake lovers.
If you drink sake in Yokohama, I highly recommend it.

料理は美味しかったですが金額が高いと思いました。
お酒も90mlなのになかなかいい金額でした。
コスパがもう少しよければな、、、
