I	I S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーの質が高いです。グループレッスンでもパーソナルのように体の使い方を教えてくれます。現役選手が教えているレッスンもあるので、なかなか体験できない環境だと思います。雰囲気はこじんまりとしていてアットホームです。スタッフが一人一人の体調までチェックしてくれたりしていて、なんで知ってるの？と驚いたこともありました。通っている方のレベルが高くて、引き締まった体におしゃれなウェアが似合ってる方が多くて刺激をもらえます。運動が大好きな方達ばかりなので、雑談もためになりスポーツ好きにはたまりません。あと売っているものもおすすめです。おしゃれなオリジナルウェアやグラスフェッドのホエイなど売っています。 3ヶ月目ですがおかげで体脂肪マイナス5%できました。^^ とってもおすすめです。こんなジムがなぜ用賀に？と思います。w The quality of the trainer is high. e	elis scarlet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず見学しようと思いホームページを開いたけど、翻訳がガバガバで全容が全く分からない。通常のジムのような見学説明ではなく無料体験に申し込むようなので申請すると、仮予約完了の通知と共にSMSか電話でスタッフから連絡が来ますと来る。しかし待てど暮らせど連絡は来ない。これだけならまだ、なにか不都合があったか当日に体験申し込みをした故のラグの為かと思えば分からなくもない。時間になったので店舗に伺うがスタッフが出てくる様子もなくセキュリティはガバガバで普通に店舗内に入れた。勝手にズカズカ歩き回る訳にも行かないが、恐る恐るスタッフを探すべく覗いて見たが見当たらない。どうゆう事？理解できない。見た感じマシンも1台ずつしか無いしそこそこトレーニングしてる人も居たのでバッティングしたらずっと待たないといけないと思う。所詮はネームバリューだけの小規模ジムです。スタッフの体制もシステムもこれでは話にならないし、HPに書いてあるような素晴らしい店舗ではありません。基準が全てアメリカなので、格闘技がしたい訳では無く普通のトレーニングを検討している人は不要なトラブル回避の為にも間違いなく普通のジムに行った方がいいです。 First of all, I opened the homepage to see it, but the translation was so messy that I couldn't understand the whole story at all. It was a lesson with some beginners like me and regulars, but it was easy to get used to because it was a teacher who also took care of beginners.
