★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛想が良い訳ではないですが、しっかりとお仕事してくれます。禁煙車を借りると、なぜかタバコの匂いがするのは改善して欲しいです。多分、車自体は禁煙でも、スタッフの方が喫煙者で、タバコの匂いが車に染み込んでしまうのだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目立った特徴はないのですが、店員さんの接客態度がとても感じがよいです。店に至る道が一通で、高速高架下のため近くにナビを設定しても行きづらく、初めての返却時にはきっちり店舗名でナビ設定をしたほうがよさそう。

There is only one road to the store, and it is difficult to reach even if you set the navigation nearby because it is under the highway overpass, so it seems better to set the navigation exactly with the store name when returning for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び込みで丁重にレンタカー予約を店頭にしにいったら、忙しかったのか、かなり雑な対応でした(ベテランスタッフさん)。
たまたまだと思いますし、他の日本レンタカー店舗ではこうした事がなかったので、残念でした。
