林	林沙央梨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日気になる物件がここしか扱ってなかったので伺ったら、引っ越し時期が先だったからか内見の段階になって車が出払っているからついていけない、勝手に行って鍵を隠してある場所を教えるので勝手に入って内見して良いと言われてしまいました。防犯的にどうなんでしょうか…物件を預けている方もそんな扱いをされていると知ったら不安にならないのでしょうか…。実際に行くと夕方過ぎになってしまったせいでかなり室内が暗く、電気も通ってなかったので携帯のライトで見るしかなくて最悪でした。更に言うと多分事故物件でした…一応あやしかったので先に事故物件か聞いたのですが、誤魔化されました。内見を検討されている方はお気をつけください。 The other day I was only dealing with the property I was interested in, so when I asked, I couldn't keep up because the car was out at the stage of preview, probably because it was the time to move, so I went to the place where the key was hidden. J	JONGIL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go, truly irresponsible. Made a reservation to view a house. Went to the house area and called the 担当者, but he told me it’s been taken. Why didn’t he call me beforehand? Why did I go there? I don’t know. I’ve checked other realtors and they were able to find places, where this place told me there’s no availability. They try to look sharp and professional with their suit and tie but its just an empty basket here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
