★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、施工で依頼した者(奈良県南部出身)です。工事に関する連絡（開始～終了）が全くありませんでした。その上、施工後には契約と異なる内容でした。施工中の変更（契約と異なった内容）に関して同意もなしに施工済みで終了しておりました。今後の依頼はご遠慮致します。
 Previously, those who requested construction (from Nara prefecture). There was no contact (start to end) related to construction. Besides, after construction, it was different from the contract. With regard to the change under construction (content different from the contract), it was completed with construction without consent. We will refrain from future requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古物件の購入を考えて、申し込みまでしたが、
内覧の時に、いくつか気になった点が…。
それに、今回の物件は、少々ワケあり（告知事項ではなく）で、
契約してしまうと、どんなことがあっても、まったく売主さんに責任を問えない物件。
リビングの天井の大したことのないシミから、不安がどんどん広がり、
ものすごい欠陥住宅だったらどうしよう〜！といてもたっても居られなくなり、
インターネットでいろいろと調べて、不動産屋さんに無理を言って、
住宅診断を受けたいとお願いして、いろいろと調べて行き着いたこちらの工務店さん。
派遣会社が一級建築士さんを派遣して診断してくれるところではなく、
「住宅診断士」の免許をもっておられる方に診てもらいたいと、
ドキドキしながら電話をかけたら、なんと2日後の約束に応じて下さり、
しかも、何時間もかけて、丁寧に見てくださった。
他の派遣会社では、天井裏と屋根裏も診るかどうかを最初に決めて、
支払いも最初にしておかないといけない所も多い中、
こちらは、とりあえず基本の箇所だけみて、気になるようであれば、
天井裏や屋根裏も診ましょうかということでした。
当日、数時間かけて、家中を行ったり来たりして、隈なく診断してくださいました。
本当に本当に丁寧に診ていただき、説明もしていただきました。
外壁塗装は最初にしておいた方がいいと、少々大きな箇所は出てきましたが、
これで安心して契約に踏み切れそうです。
本当に助かりました。
