★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年前に子供の成長により一階全体をリフォームしました。
20年前と違って、断熱性が良くなった事が何より大きな変化です。また、クロスやドアなどがオシャレな種類が沢山出ていて、悩みながらも楽しく選ぶことができました。
生活動線も良くなり、収納も増えて思い切って良かったです！

長く快適に住めて、ランニングコストも抑えられ、自分たちが住みやすい間取りの家に住みたかったので、建売やローコスト住宅は考えていませんでした。
それでも、奈良県内にはたくさんの住宅販売店や大手住宅メーカーがあり、竹村工務店さんに決めるまで、何度も見学や打ち合わせに色んなところに行きましたが、着工時期が遅かったり、確かに性能はいいのですが、値段が高くて予算内に収まらなかったり、担当の営業さんの態度が横柄で任せられなかったりと様々な条件が合わず、途方に暮れているところで竹村工務店に話を聞きに行きました。
高気密高断熱の家を提供しているということで、性能的には大手住宅メーカーの家と遜色ない上、値段的には他で同じ条件で見積もりしてもらったよりも安く、何より営業担当の方が熱心で一緒に考えて色々な案を出してくれ、無理難題を言っても、困りつつもこれならできるという代案を考えてくれるなど、契約してからも真摯に向き合ってくれる方だったことで、竹村工務店さんに決めました。
家が完成してからも、安心してお付き合いしていける工務店さんなので、本当にお願いして良かったなと思っています。

I had it built here about half a year ago.
We didn't think about building a house or a low-cost house because we wanted to live comfortably for a long time, keep running costs down, and live in a house with a floor plan that is easy for us to live in.
Even so, there are many home dealers and major housing manufacturers in Nara prefecture, and I went to various places for tours and meetings many times until I decided on Takemura Komuten, but the construction start time was late and it certainly performed. It's good, but various conditions are not met, such as the price is too high to fit within the budget, and the attitude of the sales person in charge is arrogant, so I talked to Takemura Komuten when I was at a loss. I went to listen.
By providing a highly airtight and highly insulated house, the performance is comparable to that of a major housing manufacturer, and the price is cheaper than other estimates under the same conditions. He was a person who enthusiastically thinks together and comes up with various ideas, and even if he says an unreasonable problem, he thinks of an alternative that can be done even if he is in trouble. So I decided to take Takemura Komuten.
Even after the house is completed, I'm a construction company who can keep in touch with me with peace of mind, so I'm really glad I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬は暖かくて夏は涼しくと高断熱高気密の家を体感したくて見学会に参加させていただいたことがきっかけで竹村工務店さんに行きました。
わからない事だらけだったのですがとても親身に対応していただき、こちらでお世話になることに決めました。
打ち合わせも1つ1つ決めていくのが大変でしたが、営業さんやコーディネーターさんにいろいろアドバイスをいただき理想の家づくりができ大満足です。

I went to Takemura Komuten because I participated in the tour because I wanted to experience a highly insulated and airtight house that was warm in winter and cool in summer.
There were a lot of things I didn't understand, but I was kind enough to take care of them and decided to take care of them here.
It was difficult to decide each meeting one by one, but I am very satisfied with the advice from the sales staff and coordinator to create the ideal home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お世話になりありがとうございました。打ち合わせから完成まで、竹村工務店の皆さんに良くしていただき、理想通りの家を建てる事が出来ました。沢山の大手ハウスメーカーを見てきましたが、建物に大きな変わりはありませんでした。
何より地域に密着した竹村さんは何かあると直ぐに駆けつけてくれるし、電話対応もよく、営業さんも監督さんも気軽に相談できるので、これから何かあったとしても安心していられると家族で言っています。

一年点検が終わったところです。
不具合もなく快適に暮らしています。
普段は当たり前になっていてわからないのですが、
たまに実家に帰った時に「こんなに寒かったんだ」と
高気密高断熱の快適さを実感しています。
竹村さんはすぐ近くなので、何かあっても安心です。
それからわくわく夢まつりの開催楽しみにしていますね。
