★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 団地住まいです。洗濯機の排水の状態が悪くなり、排水管の清掃で依頼。時間通りに来られ、高圧洗浄機がエンジン式のため電気式にくらべて音がすごいこと、排水口のよごれを取り除くだけで流れがよくなることもあるということ、集合住宅のため下の階で排水管が詰まっていて洗濯のタイミングで上階に水があふれてしまう可能性など、その他いろいろ説明して頂きました。結果的にドロドロに汚れていた排水口を掃除していただくと問題なく排水ができました。普通なら作業代が発生するでしょう。さらに他の水回りも一緒に掃除しておこうなど営業もされるだろうとこちらとしては少し覚悟していた部分も正直あったのですが、住まいるサービスさんは違います！”今回の作業は無料で”と。そのうえ、”次回からはまず管理会社に問い合わせた方がいいですよ”とアドバイスまでして下さいました。今度何かあったときも管理会社より住まいるサービスさんに相談したいと思ったくらい、お客様思いの会社でした。
