If you don't have such luck then here's the rundown: mix it all together then add whatever flavors you want from the sauces on the table, eat it until it's about 20% left, crack the egg on the side of the noodles, then ask for 'chitan' and give your bowl back and they will fill it with water, add the flavors you want again and eat the rest!
