★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宝石広場で購入した時計であれば2000円で電池交換してもらえます。接遇スペースは高級感があっていいです。混んでなければ15分くらいで終わります。平日の夕方に行きましたが待ち時間ゼロでした。
If you buy a watch from the Housekihiroba, you can replace the battery for 2000 yen. The hospitality space can be luxurious. It will take about 15 minutes if it is not crowded. I went on a weekday evening, but there was no waiting time.

スタッフさんの対応も親切で何よりも仕事が早い！
プロの方なので当然かもしれませんが、10程度で完了しました。
あと安い！数千円は覚悟していたのですが、1,000円でやってくれました。

ebelの時計は2,000円で10分ほどで交換終了。caltierは革ベルトの交換もお願いした所、特殊なベルトで扱いがないとのことなので、電池交換もキャンセルしてcarlltierショップに持ち込むことにしましたが、嫌な顔一つせず適切なアドバイスいただきました。
アフターサービススタッフの鑑ですね。ありがとうございました。
Replacing the battery of a watch purchased elsewhere. The young female staff provided a polite and professional response.
The ebel watch costs 2,000 yen and can be replaced in about 10 minutes. When caltier asked to replace the leather belt, it was said that it was not handled with a special belt, so I decided to cancel the battery replacement and bring it to the carlltier shop, but I received appropriate advice without a disgusting face. I did.
