W	Winston George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Repairs to an Omega Dynamic and a 1940s Tudor both carried out expertly and in quick time, both for a very reasonable price - and wonderfully friendly and approachable staff. Both Japanese and English spoken.

On entering the store, I was seated, given a cup of tea and the repair technician got straight to work diagnosing the fault. The battery was tested and found to be outputting no charge, it was replaced along with the gasket for approx 3800JPY. The service was warm, prompt and efficient. The staff member spoke excellent English (my Japanese is very, very limited so this was a huge relief) and I probably spent longer having a chat afterwards than the whole repair took. I would not hesitate to visit again should I need to, I would also not hesitate to recommend the store.

The gentlemen who helped me (I believe his name is Ike, forgive me if I'm wrong), was very patient, knowledgeable, and provided quick service. I was only visiting Tokyo, but if I lived there, I would certainly make this my go-to shop. Thanks!

This place was a huge leap up in terms of service - the staff were very friendly and polite, and offered me a really good range of options without trying to push me into anything. Really impressed ^^ On a side note, the inside of the shop is pretty stylish, and you can see their technicians working on other watches - pretty cool!
