J	Jason House on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple times I've had to deal with this bank in person and things that should take minutes always take hours. It's a terrible bank. Online services are trash. "English" speakers are always not working the day you visit.

They refused to answer questions, refused to help or escalate issues, and use discriminatory business practices. They became increasingly dismissive and hostile as I tried to get answers about a "new" discriminatory policy that only applies to non-Japanese. Take your money elsewhere!
R	Ray Chien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inside design is same with other country's branch. Hope SMBC and Citi can continued collaboration. The Citibank Shibuya Branch is gone. Citi's retail banking business in Japan already transferred to the SMBC Trust Bank as of November 1, 2015.
R	Rune Soelvsteen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many years I’ve used Hiroo branch with pleasure. I’m now closer to shibuya branch and tried to engage with the staff here. Unfortunately service is no way near Hiroo branch. The Shibuya branch may be branded Prestia, but it’s really just another Japanese bank catering to Japanese. There are few foreigners who their way here, but the branch is busy with national customers. Staff speaks little English.
