Прекрасная концепция, отличный выбор продуктов, во всех блюдах чувствуется мастерство и душа шеф повара. Из особых рекомендаций — печёнка! Порезанная достаточно толстыми кусочками и пожаренная до легкой ароматной корочки она сохраняет сочность и просто тает во рту. Подаётся со специальным чуть острым маслом ( соусом? ) Восторг!
