t	takeshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目よりボリュームあり、お腹一杯になる中華。壁に向かって座る感じになった。なんとも味気ない。店全体が殺風景だ。麻婆茄子定食700円を注文。店員の中国語が飛び交うが、若干うるさい。卓上に高菜が置いてある、油が少し掛かっていてこれだけでご飯が行ける。麻婆茄子はナス、人参、ピーマン、玉葱、筍っぽいもの、味付けは濃い目だが油ギトギトでは無いので食べやすいｒ食べ始めは辛さがなかったが後味で辛さがやってくる。火の通し方がベスト。素材の良さが残っている。煮卵が１個どんっと更に盛られているのが奇抜だ。スープは玉子スープだが味付けは薄め、鶏ガラスープが効いているので美味い。スープと煮卵がかぶるので煮卵はサラダぐらいにしてはどうかと思った。麻婆茄子が結構ボリュームがあったのでお腹一杯になった。 There is more volume than it looks, Chinese is getting full.
