★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりに来ていただきましたが、公式サイトに記載されている割引が使えないとメールでのやり取りと全く違う内容のことを言われました。
終始高圧的な対応で、今決めないとこの値段でできないなどと言われたのでお断りしました。
あまりにひどい対応だったので本社にクレームを入れたところ無視されたのでこちらにコメントしました。
事前のメール対応では大変丁寧だったので残念ですが、利用することはないと思います。

他社の見積もりを踏まえての値下げなど努力する気が全く見えなかった。
他社の値段が安かったのもあるが、そもそも請け負えない前提での見積もりで残念だった。
営業所によっては値下げの努力をするようなので、この営業所に当たったことが残念としかいえない。

最初に提示した金額より高く見積りを出してくるのはルール違反だと思います。
にも関わらず営業のかたは謝罪もなく
むしろ態度が悪くなりました。
どういう教育を受けているのか不思議でなりません。
社会人として最低な部類の営業だと思います。
引越をするならアリさんマーク以外をお勧めします。
荷物を破損しても最初からと逆ギレする恐れもあります。
皆さんも気をつけて下さい。
