プリンタ故障で、安価なEW-052A購入(2019年モデル)。 しかし、まだリサイクルインク売ってない.. ネットで買ってる時間は無.. 純正インク(マグカップ)は高い..お店に相談すると、ネット同等に。..やはり頼りになるのは地元のお店。助かりました。

最悪の接客。 Bluetoothのイヤホンを買いに行き、女性の店員に音がそれなりに良く、あまり高過ぎない値段のBluetoothイヤホンが欲しいと希望を伝え、オススメを聞くと、「お客様の好みなので…」 「はい?」 試聴が出来ないんだから好みも何もないだろうに。 仕方なく自分で選び、中身の入っていないパッケージをレジへ持っていくと、男性店員が「ただいま用意致します」とバックヤードへ。 10分以上またされ、「色は何色が宜しいですか?」 「はい?」 元々事前に聞きもしないし、ブラックのパッケージを渡してるんだからブラックだろうに…。 「白と黒しかないなら黒で」と伝えるとまた探しに行き、結局見つからず違う店員にバトンタッチ。 その店員も見つけられなかったらしく、あまりにも待たされるので「ないなら他で買うのでいいんですけど」と伝えても、最初のレジの男性店員がごにょごにょと「今お持ちします」的な事を言っているよう。 結局、全く違うご年輩の男性店員が、「今日入ってきました」と持ってきました。 結局30分以上待たされてやっと買うことが出来ました。 本来ならこんな店で買いたくなかったのですが、急を要したので仕方なく買いましたが、もう二度と行きたくない店です。 あんな接客でよく店に店員の顔と名前入りのポスターを貼っていれるなと思う。

店員の接客のわるさに驚きました、二度と行きません。近距離で呼びかけているのにも関わらず無視、反応したと思ったら無愛想な感じだし本当に不快でした。あと、このご時世で鼻マスクはやめて欲しい、店員なら責任をもって仕事をしてください、そして、最低限のモラルを持ってください。

久し振りに買い物があり行きましたが、コロナ禍と言う事もありお客様があまり居なくガラガラでしたが、接客対応もしつこく無くドライな感じで良いですかね。ただ他店より多少高値ですね。

接客最悪… こたつ用ヒーターユニットを買いに行き、売場がわからなく、こたつ用ヒーターユニットは、ありますか?と…男性店員60才前後に訪ねたところ、こたつ売場になければ、ないですね!! と言われました…探しも…案内も…売場も教えず…。。 はぁ……?と思い嫌な感じでしたので… 近所の戸田店ヤマダ電気へ直行、ここは丁寧かつ親切に対応していただきました。。 コジマ浦和店は、もうないですね… 二度と行きませんね… 会社も家も近く、良く利用していたのですが…1人でも印象悪い店員が居ると残念でしかありませんね。。
