m	monamin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の接客。 Bluetoothのイヤホンを買いに行き、女性の店員に音がそれなりに良く、あまり高過ぎない値段のBluetoothイヤホンが欲しいと希望を伝え、オススメを聞くと、「お客様の好みなので…」「はい？」試聴が出来ないんだから好みも何もないだろうに。仕方なく自分で選び、中身の入っていないパッケージをレジへ持っていくと、男性店員が「ただいま用意致します」とバックヤードへ。 10分以上またされ、「色は何色が宜しいですか？」「はい？」元々事前に聞きもしないし、ブラックのパッケージを渡してるんだからブラックだろうに…。「白と黒しかないなら黒で」と伝えるとまた探しに行き、結局見つからず違う店員にバトンタッチ。その店員も見つけられなかったらしく、あまりにも待たされるので「ないなら他で買うのでいいんですけど」と伝えても、最初のレジの男性店員がごにょごにょと「今お持ちします」的な事を言っているよう。結局、全く違うご年輩の男性店員が、「今日入ってきました」と持ってきました。結局30分以上待たされてやっと買うことが出来ました。本来ならこんな店で買いたくなかったのですが、急を要したので仕方なく買いましたが、もう二度と行きたくない店です。あんな接客でよく店に店員の顔と名前入りのポスターを貼っていれるなと思う。 Worst customer service.
