 My mother told me that she wanted a big nail clipper, so I bought a nice nail clipper of gold. It was very nice to have something wrapped up in paper. We have 3000 meals.

I'm always worried about the tasteful storefront and the knives lined up in a row, but I didn't buy it. I would like to buy a nail clipper in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物は3階建て入母屋造りの木造建築で、間口二間ほどの店舗正面には「うぶけや」の屋号が揮毫された看板が掲げられています。昭和初期に建てられた建物や数寄屋風の店舗(昭和50年代に改装)からは、かつて当地周辺が花柳界や料亭街としてにぎわった頃の風情が伝わってきます。商品などは中に入っていないので分かりません。
The building is a three-story wooden building with a gabled roof, and a sign with the name "Ubukeya" is displayed in front of the store, which is about two frontages. From the buildings built in the early Showa period and the Sukiya-style stores (renovated in the 1950s), you can feel the atmosphere of the time when the area was once crowded with the Hanayanagi world and the restaurant district. I don't know because there are no products inside.

余りの良さに、わざわざ会社で使う用の物も買ってしまった。このプレミアム感も紳士のたしなみに最高！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny shop with incredibly high quality tools. The knives, scissors and tweezers etc are all hand made and expensive accordingly. The kitchen knife I purchased is as sharp as a razor and I expect it'll be my goto for the rest.of my life. Highly recommended
