★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の午後利用。席は8割方埋まっていた。席の間は広くてゆったりとしている。水出しのアイスティが美味しかった。
 Use on Saturday afternoon. The seats were 80% full. The space between the seats is large and spacious. The iced tea with water was delicious.

此処の本日のコーヒーは美味しい。他店より少し高めだが（マックが１００円、此処は３００円といくらか）くつろげる空間があった。店内は天井が高く、シック目の色合いと素材がくつろげる時間を作ってくれる。
自分の家の近くにあればちょこちょこ行けるのに残念です。それほど良かったです。
東京ポートシティ竹芝
綺麗、清潔、よく清掃されている。再開発の効果は凄い。以前はサクバク（索漠）とした町並みで、風が吹けばほこりも舞い上がるような、嫌な街並みだったが、再開発されてホッとする街並みに変わった。

Today's coffee here is delicious. It's a little higher than other stores (McDonald's is 100 yen, here is 300 yen), but there was a relaxing space. The ceiling is high inside the store, and the chic colors and materials create a relaxing time.
It's a pity that I can go here and there if I'm near my house. It was so good.
Tokyo Port City Takeshiba
Clean, clean and well cleaned. The effect of redevelopment is amazing. It used to be a crispy townscape, and it was an unpleasant cityscape where dust would rise when the wind blew, but it has been redeveloped and changed to a relieved cityscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 劇団四季の春・秋劇場への通り道なので、観劇前後に伺うことが多いです。劇場の施設内にもありますが満席のことが多いので。
Since it is the path to the Shiki Theater Company's Spring / Autumn Theater, I often visit before and after the theater. It's also in the theater facility, but it's often full.

スタバに負けてしまう理由がわかる気がする。
店内は比較的綺麗。
The pumpkin latte ice and the cream on top were scarce and I was disappointed for the price.
I feel like I understand why I lose to Starbucks.
The inside of the store is relatively beautiful.

Tully's Coffee is a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsucho.
There are terrace seats, so it's comfortable on sunny days!

水出しなのにベルガモットの香りがかなりしっかり出ている。
他のカフェより少々割高で量が少ないが香りは楽しめる。

Please go to Grande because it's Darjeeling with water. (´ω`) / High
The scent of bergamot is quite strong even though it is watered.
It's a little more expensive and less than other cafes, but you can enjoy the aroma.

立地がいいので客層もしっかりされてる人多い！
ここはまた使いたいカフェに殿堂入りです(^^)
It's very nice to be able to use an outlet! The sofa is also solid and comfortable to sit on (there is no outlet in the sofa seat)
The location is good, so there are many people who have a solid customer base!
This is the cafe I want to use again and is inducted into the Hall of Fame (^^)
