★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼、てっきり空いているかと思いきやそんなことはありませんでした。
一応オフィス街ですが会社員は少なく、むしろ女性グループや親子連れが多い印象。
満席ではなかったため、すんなりと座れました。
サンドイッチの種類が豊富です。
店名をつけた「珈琲館サンドイッチ」もあるくらいですから、自慢の逸品なのでしょう。
今回はミックスサンドにアイスコーヒーを注文。
たまごやレタス、ハムにソースがよく合っています。パンはほんのり暖かく、外はカリッと中はもちもち。
あとお忙しい中でもお水を注ぎに来てくださり、無言で注ぐのでもなく、丁寧に断りを入れてくださったのが好印象！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹芝アトレが去年春からの開業なので、ここは珈琲館チェーンでも新しい方のお店です。
二度目の緊急事態宣言でも土曜にしては賑わっています。
軽いランチに「ハウスサンド」と「グラタンパン」、それに珈琲☕。
いずれも美味しいです。炭火珈琲も苦味と甘味が調和した味でうならせます。
店内は広く、くつろげますが、お子ちゃまファミリーが賑やか。また珈琲館とアトレ館内の双方のBGMが不協和音になって雑音になっているのが残念です。減点１‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 劇団四季『オペラ座の怪人』を観劇後に、お茶をしたかったので隣の建物に移動して、ここで休みました。
１階のオープンな雰囲気の店舗です。カウンター席やテーブル席が相当数ありました。
私が飲んだのではありませんが、フルーツ牛乳ミックスはバナナベースの味で美味しいそうです?
2021/9/18 アナと雪の女王の観劇後にお茶を飲みに入りました。
アールグレイには砂時計⏳️が添えられてきて、飲み頃を知らせてくれます。

早めの時間に行くと空いていて、
じっくりコーヒー屋料理を楽しむ事が出来るのがいい。
スタッフの対応も良く、
良い気分で滞在時間中を過ごす事が出来た。
炭火珈琲はコクがあって、
ズシッと来る苦みが爽やか。
後味も悪くない。
シャキッとしたい時に飲むといいかも。
オリジナルホットケーキはシンプルで飽きの来ない味。
基本って感じがして、こう言うのでいいんだよなぁと思った。
バターを付けて、シロップをかけて、
添えてあるホイップクリームを少しつけて口に入れる。
極楽でしょ！
