カ	カッパさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は温和で優しく、患者さんの話しを何でも丁寧に聞いてくれます。看護師さんも優しく丁寧です。ただ痔で通院した際、他院では外科的に処置したほうがいいと言われた症状をこちらでは軟膏の処方のみ。イボが出て腫れ、生活に支障があるので除去を希望してたのですが。。コロナ禍になり通常よりも混んでるかと思い、前後に予定も入ってたので、頭の時間に行ってもけっこう待ちそうですか？と予め電話で聞いたら受け付けの人に「その日によって分かりません」と暗い小さい声で言われ、ワクチン接種の予約出来ればお願いしたいですが…と言ったら、「予約は既に終了しました。予約いっぱいなので。」と返され、なんとも言えない気分になりました。医療従事者の方、大変疲弊してるの察しできるけど。。ワクチン予約できずに不安で、通院してる患者に対して、ちょっと冷たい言い方かなと思いました。優しい病院だっただけに、受付の対応がショックでした。 The teacher is gentle and kind, and listens carefully to whatever the patient says.
