大変混雑しているため、初診では予約できないが毎朝6時からネットで順番予約を取った方が良い（2019年4月 8時からに変更になった模様）
順番予約を取れたら5人前にメールが来るが時間予約制ではなく、予約しても何時頃になるかはわからない。
予約なしでも受付時間内に行けば診てもらえるが待ち時間はかなり長い。直接受付でも予約時と同様5人前にメールが来るので、看護師さんの問診が終われば外出可能。
ただ、受付の方の対応があまり良くなく、待合室で水を飲ませた際｢アレルギー科なので水分補給も待合室ではダメ｣と注意を受けたが、飴やグミを与えている保護者を注意しているのを見たことがない。
また17:30までの受付とのことで17:30ギリギリに駆け込んだところ既に受付終了の札がかかっており｢受付17:30までなので今回は特別です。次から守ってください。｣と注意された。診察券などを出して体温計を受け取ったあと注意を受けて時間を確認したところ17:31だったので、来院時点では17:30を超えていなかったと思うがかなりキツい口調だったので、嫌な思いをしないためには17:20までには行かないとならない様子。
