コンセプトが気に入ったのはもちろんですが、お話をする中で安心して家づくりができそうだと信頼感が持てたので、お願いすることにしました。
間取りを決める際には細かな要望まで全て取り入れて考えてくださり、本当に驚きました。
家庭の事情にも配慮してくださり、家づくりがスムーズに進んでいます。今後も楽しみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームページやインスタに載っている建物のデザインが気に入ったため、相談会に参加しました。社長から会社の概要や建物の性能等についての丁寧な説明を受け、こちらの疑問点についてもメリットデメリット含めた回答をしてくださいます。正直素人では建築の専門的な部分はわからないことも多いですが、ハピナイスさんは常にわからないことがあれば何でも聞いてくださいという姿勢でいてくれます。また大工の現場経験がある社長の説明はとてもわかりやすく、常に対応が誠実であることからこの度お願いすることにしました。
コーディネーターの方との打ち合わせでは、こちらの要望や細かなこだわり等を踏まえて一緒に考えてくれ、少しずつ形になっていく過程が楽しいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何社かHMや工務店を回りましたが、ハピナイスさんはとても接しやすく、さらに家の設備や性能についてもしっかりメリット・デメリットをありのままに説明してくださったので、自分達にあった家づくりを進めることができました。
自分たちの要望にもいつも最善の形で応えてくださり、間取りも細かく要望を出しましたが、希望以上の間取り提案をしていただきこれから建つ家がとても楽しみです。

まだ分からないことだらけの私達に土地探しや資金計画など親切に寄り添っていただき楽しく打ち合わせを進めることができました。

偶然にも施工エリア内だったため実際にお話しを聞きに行ったところ、雰囲気も良くハピナイスさんでお家を建てるイメージが湧いたのでお任せすることにしました。

また我が家は住宅購入をあまり急いでいなかったこともあり、初めてモデルハウスにお邪魔して、実際契約に至るまで1年以上かかりました。その間他社も検討していましたが、他社も含めていろいろ見てもらって一番納得のいく会社を見つけて下さいといつも言ってくれました。現在間取りやコーディネートの打ち合わせをしていますが、常にこちらの意見を丁寧に聞いてくれ、納得いく家づくりをしてほしいという思いが一貫して感じられます。これから完成がとても楽しみです！
