★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社製の車で、カタログを頂く為に行きましたが、案内で駐車場枠内に止めて降りたときの第一声が"良い車ですね"でした。全員がそうではないと分かっていますが、この言葉を聞いた時の気持ちは絶対に嬉しいと思います。是非とも他のお客さんにも、このような接客を続けて頂きたいです。
 I went to get a catalog with a car made by another company, but when I stopped in the parking lot frame and got off, the first voice was "It's a good car". リコール対応も後回しにされましたし。
車を持って行っても挨拶もない時が多々ある、コチラから声を掛けても、です、恐ろしい！
それでいて、クリップだとかのどんな小さな部品でも「注文」で線引き、どんだけ？！
（因みに日産に、同じ物を分けて頂けないか訪れたら、整備で部品をバラした物をタダで分けて貰いました、ありがとう御座います）

Still, any small parts, such as clips, are "ordered" and only drawn? !
