人気ナンバーワンの酸辣湯麺と塩タンメンを注文。酸辣湯麺は、白い餡の下に黒酢がたっぷりと入っていて胡椒もかなり多めで痺れ美味って感じかな。
塩タンメンは塩味がビシッと決まっていて良かった(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
ただ、酸辣湯麺の胡椒が個人的には多すぎたのと、提供時間が早かったためタンメンの野菜への火の通りが弱くかなりバキバキなキャベツの芯が残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 世界でいちばん好きな酸辣湯麺です。酢加減が強めで1歩間違えばむせそう。コショウも多いし、辛い。でもそこが好き。ここの酸辣湯麺を食べると他店の酸辣湯麺がもの足りなく感じます。
This is my favorite hot and sour soup noodle in the world. The amount of vinegar is strong and it seems that if you make a mistake in one step, you will get rid of it. There is a lot of pepper and it's spicy. But I like that. When you eat hot and sour soup noodles here, you will feel that the hot and sour soup noodles from other stores are not enough.
