★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンタン麺好きななので仙台出張の度に新幹線の車内誌で掲載されている当店は前々から気になっていて本日初入店。ワンタン麺プロジェクトを開催中とのことでワンタン叉焼麺を頂きました。スープは少し甘め。見ためグッド。ワンワンも美味しい。ただ個人的にはスープが熱くないのでマイナス点。
 Since I like wonton noodles, I have been interested in our shop, which is published in the Shinkansen in-car magazine every time I go on a business trip to Sendai, and entered the shop for the first time today. I received the wonton roasted noodles because the wonton noodles project is being held. The soup is a little sweet. Good to see. Wanwan is also delicious. However, personally, the soup is not hot, so it's a minus point.

香辛料もしっかり使ってあります。
食べれないと書く人もいますが、食べれない方は本当の麻婆豆腐じゃ無くて日本人向けに開発された物を食べたほうがいいですよー
ラーメンなどは日本人向けの味付けでした。
ランチは相席ならすぐに入れます！
冷やし中華の麺大盛りは無料でしたよ！！
チェーン店でこれだけのクオリティと1000円前後で食べれるのに文句付ける理由がわかりません。
高級な中華に来たのでは無いでしょ？
文句があるならカウンターのある1000円中華じゃ無くて、万する中華に行けばいいのでは？
Mapo tofu is spicy and crunchy!

You didn't come to high-class Chinese food, right?
If you have any complaints, why not go to Chinese food that has a counter instead of 1000 yen Chinese food?

あんかけ焼きそばは麺ボソボソで水分足りない感じ
固めに茹ですぎかな？

割りと中高年向きに意識して作っている気がします。

回鍋肉の味付けが濃すぎてコップで水3杯以上飲みました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月4日に訪問。新しい名物とするためのワンタンメンらしい。東北新幹線内においてあるトランヴェールにも広告がありました。スープは醤油が効いています。麺は角角のエッジがたった麺です。ワンタンは数が多く入ってますが味は普通。細竹はしょっぱ過ぎと思います。豪華に色々入ってますが、お値段に相応かは疑問。今のままでは新たな名物は厳しいのではと思います。
