★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンとカツ丼セットのカツ丼を親子丼に替えて貰いました。星5だったので来店したのですが、本当に星5か半信半疑でしたが、ラーメンも親子丼もとても美味かったです。また来たいと思いました。
I got the ramen and katsudon from the katsudon set changed to a parent-child bowl. I came to the store because it was 5 stars, but I was really suspicious of 5 stars, but the ramen and oyakodon were very delicious. I wanted to come again.

でも味はピカ一です。但し本業は小千谷蕎麦で修行した職人さんの店です。ちょっと不思議ですよね❗一見愛想なしに感じますが、是非一度(^o^)
This is a ramen shop in a town house that is really hard to understand.
But the taste is shining. However, the main business is a shop of craftsmen who trained in Ojiya Soba. It's a bit strange, but at first glance it feels unfriendly, but by all means once (^ o ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンが食べたくなると歩いて10分で行けるのはつた屋さんだけ(^^;生ビールが飲みたいとき主人と行きます。主人いわく生ビールは6月から始めるからちょっぴり残念と・・「味噌ラーメン」を頂きました。ラーメンスープに味噌をブレンド??煮干しの味がし野菜たっぷりなので満腹になります。チャーシューもあっさりですがなかなか美味しい(^-^)おしゃれなお店ではないので納得の上、どうぞ〜〜
When I want to eat ramen I can only walk in 10 minutes (^ ^; I will go with my master when I want to drink draft beer. My master draft beer will start from June, so I'll start with a bit of disappointing "Miso ramen" I got a ramen soup with miso blended, and the taste is full of vegetables, so I'm full of vegetables. ~

I ate tanmen. It was a woman with plenty of volume, but it was painful. It was delicious. It didn't look like tanmen. It's light!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今夜は新潟市西区でも地元の人中心が利用する地域密着型な雰囲気の店。
あまりにも町中過ぎて探すのはやや大変です。
もう少し遅い時間だと、いかにも地元の常連が集いそうな良い雰囲気の所だ。
メニューは結構多く、広東メンやエビチャーハン、中華丼に小千谷そば等々気になるメニューも沢山あるが、今回はラーメンとカツ丼をいただきました!!
カツ丼はとカツ重にしか見えないけども、
割と大きなヒレカツ、そしてカツは揚げたてを甘辛のタレにくぐらせた
新潟ご当地グルメのタレかつ丼のカツですね。
肉は４〜５ミリ程度の厚みで食べやすく柔らか、タレもしょっぱさと甘さのバランスも良し!

付け合わせのお漬け物で舌の感覚をあらためてから、再びカツ!
旨かったです。
ラーメンの方はシンプルなビジュアルが良い。
小口切り長ネギ・チャーシュー・ナルトの代わりにカマボコ・さやえんどう・メンマ。
スープは臭みの無いダシに少しの塩味の効いたスープ。
良い味。
麺は細麺、スープに合っていて旨い。
カツ丼もラーメンも美味しかった。
