仕	仕事ばかり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばを頂きました。尾道ラーメンですが、醤油が強くなくお出汁が効いたスープです。どこか甘味を感じるスープはスルスル飲めます。他の尾道ラーメン店と比べてサイズとトッピングが豊富です。美味しかったです。 I got Chinese noodles. 藤	藤木亮典 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/02/25利用福山市民の胃袋を掴む甘辛いスープがウリ。スープは後味がスッキリと良いスープですが、少し醤油辛い印象がありました。背脂が甘くしてあるようで、背脂とスープを一緒に口に含むと、甘辛いスープになり美味しく頂けました。なので、背脂抜きで頼むと逆に醤油辛いラーメンになりそうなので、初見で脂っこいのが苦手な方は、背脂少なめにしたほうが良いかと思われます。この店は中華そばの他に中華うどんと言うメニューがありました。今回中華そばを頼みましたが、甘辛いスープが中華うどんにも合うんだろうな。と言う日本の味覚に寄ってるスープだと思います。麺は、中華そばにしては珍しく黄色い玉子麺なのかな？そんな麺でした。尾道ラーメン＝細い縮れ麺ってイメージとは少し違いますがこれはこれで美味しいと思います。麺を頼んだ後にライスとトッピングの煮卵を頼んだのですが、トッピングは最初に頼まないと無理と拒まれました。自分は「なぜ？」と疑問に思いましたが、店主のこだわりが、そこにあるようです。なので、トッピングを注文する際は予め最初にしないといけないようなので、☆4にしています。当店は、昼休みがなく15時の他の飲食店が休憩されてる時間帯に食べれるのは人混みをさけて外食したい方にとっては有り難いと思います。 2022/02/25 use The sweet and spicy soup that grabs the stomach of Fukuyama citizens is uri. The ramen is somewhere between a tonkotsu and a shoyu - shoyu soup, with the fatty pork bits floating on top, which I believe is Onomichi style. It reminds me of Tokyo Tonkotsu-Shoyu as well, but the soup is thinner and more traditional shoyu than that. The gyoza were truly excellent, and the chashu was quite tasty. Recommended.
