豚丼セットで900円を注文
美味しいのにリーズナブルですね
平日で0時回ってるのに客でいっぱいなのも納得です

住吉界隈で飲んだら、締めのラーメンの定番。
蔵王店には時々行きますが、福山本店は久しぶり。
ラーメンを固めで注文。
極細麺なので、提供時間が、メチャ早い。
ここのラーメンは、高菜を入れて初めてバランスが取れるように作られていると思います。
というか、高菜を入れないと、味が薄い。
さらに、にんにくも小さなスプーンに2杯分、投入します。
スタンダードだと、おいしくないという人もいますが、無料トッピングでバランスをお客が決めるスタイルもありだと思います。
麺は、ちょっと、粉っぽい。
かみ切る時に、弾力をあまり感じません。
深夜に飲んだ時。
食べたくなるのは、何十年前から食べてきた、すり込みなんでしょう。
とかいいながら、ついつい替え玉をしてしまう。
福山の定番ラーメンです。

豚骨ラーメンが印象に残ってます。スナック帰りに小腹がすいたら時折覗きました。可もなく不可もなし昔ながらの味ですね。高菜とショウガを入れて頂きます。星３と４の間かな。店が綺麗だと４にしたかも。昭和時代から変わってないね。
